How will you send my Autti merchandise to me?

We use reputable South African couriers to get your Autti merchandise delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. Once your parcel is with our couriers, you will also get regular updates about your delivery so that you can prepare for it’s arrival.

I’ve just placed my order. When can I expect delivery?

Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address.

We typically deliver within 9-12 working days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. If you haven’t received your order after 11 days, please get in touch with us on info@autticlothing.co.za or Whatsapp 0677783720.

 When do you deliver?

Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We don’t deliver on Weekends, or Public Holidays. It’s best for you to give us the address where you’ll normally be located between 8am and 5pm during the week
